Description

This video recording covers an interview with the leader of the Bosnian delegation about doing inspections in Bosnia-Herzegovina and about Article IV of the Dayton Accords training provided by the On - Site Inspection Agency (OSIA). (He spoke with the assistance of a translator.) The next segment shows Colonel Kenneth D. Guillory, Commander, OSIA, as he delivered a briefing at the close of OSIA's treaty training seminar, with subsequent celebratory scenes with trainees relating to the completion of training.
