The first, is "how to" On - Site Inspection Agency (OSIA) instructional footage on the inspection process, including procedures, timelines, points - of - entry, and other applicable information. The second segment shows multiple television broadcasts of Soviet inspectors in Magna, Utah, for portal monitoring. The third segment is an OSIA "Welcome to Magna" orientation tape (in Russian) for visiting Soviet inspectors. The fourth segment is a television report on "Media Day" at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. The final segment is a demonstration of the Bechtel / Sandia National Lab Cargoscan system.
