This video recording contains a briefing by On - Site Inspection Agency (OSIA) Director Major General Robert W. Parker on the elimination of the last U.S. missiles under the Intermediate - Range Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty. This is followed by a question and answer period in which Major General Parker was asked the following questions: Were there any difficulties with the Soviets during INF inspections? What happened to the removed warheads? Were there any environmental / pollution problems? How accurate was the inspection system, and how safe was chemical weapon destruction?
