TELEVISION DOCUMENTARY: Outlines the needs and progress in education and rehabilitation of the mentally retarded in Mansfield, Southbury, Meridian and Seaside Training Institutions in Connecticut. Examines educational facilities, sheltered workshops and volunteers who work with various types of patients. Families with retarded children explain how the child profits both physically and socially from these programs.
