Description

PROMOTIONAL DOCUMENTARY: On the Special Olympics for mentally retarded children sponsored by the Joseph P. Kennedy Foundation and held at Soldiers Field, Chicago. The children compete in swimming, hurdle jumps, relay races, roller skating and softball throws. Eunice (Mrs. Sargent) Shriver past Olympic athletes, parents and volunteers judge the competition and award medals to the winners.
