Documentary: Examines the Rodman Job Corps Center operated by Science Research Associates, a subsidiary of IBM and its academic programs in New Bedford, Mass. Focuses on a boy from Spanish Harlem who "finds himself" in the program which gives him and other high school dropouts the advantages of academic tutoring, computer training, recreational activities and new opportunities.
