1) AV Three rubber life-rafts adrift.2) LS PBM approaches life-rafts, 4 or 5 aviators in each.-SV.3) LS-AV Rescued aviators climbing into PBM"s waist-hatch other life rafts BG, some OX.4) LS-CU Man inspects damaged starboard rudder surface of PBM.5) LS AVP as PBM approaches part of plane FG.6) MS Rescued aviators exit PBM & climb into boat.7) CU Rescued aviators with sun-burned noses bandaged-SV.8) LS Survivors in aircraft rearming boat underway, other ships BG.9) LS PBM tied-up astern AVP-SV.10) MS Many signal hoists flying on AVP.11) LS Crewmen on top of PBM.12) MS Survivor wrapped in blanket is assisted from PBM.13) MS Survivor lifted in stretcher from boat to AVP.14) MS Survivors climb gangway assisted by men.15) MS-CU Survivor lifted in litter from boat to AVP.16) LS Sunrise or sunset, PBM in water FG-SV.17) LS-MS PBM warming motors, tied up to buoy, island BG.18) LS Aircraft rearming boat comes alongside PBM.19) LS Crew & pilot exit PBM astern AVP, & climb into boat-SV.20) MS Boat underway, AVP-34 BG, man in litter aboard-SV.21) MS Boat comes alongside ship, casualty lifted for transfer.QUALITY: FAIR TO GOOD, SOME BLOTCHY & OX.
