1) CU Muzzle cover being removed from 16" gun.2) MCU 16" guns aboard the USS MISSOURI (BB-63) training and elevating; conning towerein BG.3) MCU 16" guns trained skyward; sky BG.4) MCU 16" guns training forward; bridge in BG.5) GV *1 & *2 turrets; superstructure and 5" mounts to side.6) GV DA Catholic services being conducted on stern; high winds.7) MCU Chaplain in front of altar; men kneeling in BG. Chaplain takes wine during communion.8) GV Protestant services on stern of the MISSOURI; number 3 turret and superstructure in BG.9) MCU An officer climbing up Jacob"s ladder from motor whaleboat in the water.10) CU High capacity projectiles turning on projectile ring and being pulled onto projectile hoist for lifting into gun chamber, ifting of other projectiles up hoist.11) CU Cradle coming into breech.12) CU Rammerman opens breech, cradle goes into position, projectile is rammed in.13) CU Rammerman"s face.14) CU Breech is opened, cradle comes down, projectile is rammed in.15) CU 16" dummy powder bag is rammed into breech.16) MCU Division at quarters.17) GV Men lined up for Captain"s inspection.
