R. Bierwirth, CVE, OBE, Commander-in-Chief of the British Commonweelth Forces, Korea, stands on raised platform addressing the large grpup; LtGen. C.D. Palmer, USA, Deputy Commanding General, Army Forces Far East and Eighth United States Army, rises and addresses the group; Ma jGen. T.A. Wornham, USMC, Commanding General, 3rd Marine Division, speaks Ma jGen. K.P. McNaughton, USAF, FEAF speaks; Gen. L.L.
