Description

1) MLS Two hangars; bombers on snowy field in front of hangars.2) MS Japanese sailor, wearing cold weather gear, standing guard.3) MS Another sailor on guard near post.4) MS Number of airplane mechanics walking towards hangar in early morning.5) MS Men enter hangar through small door, and open large doors from inside.6) Men pull out small trucks (heaters for engines) (SV).7) MS PAN Pilot carries bomb-sight on shoulder, and enters bomber through entrance below the forward fuselage. G8) MS Airplane mechanics removing covers from plane engines.9) Men warm up engines of bombers in preparation for take off; men turn the props by hand. (SV)10) Bombers on frozen field, as engines start (SV).11) MS Group of Japanese pilots being briefed near hangar.12) MS Airman removes frozen chocks from bomber"s wheel.13) HA MS Bombers taxi out to strip and take off (SV) (scratched).
