"A" BOMB BLAST Part 1
Description
1) AtoG MLS Looking down over ground "O"; the area is obscured by a tremendous brightness of white which dissipates immediately; fireball is seen from the "A" blast at ground "O", with a mushroom cloud moving straight up from the "O" zone with its very narrow trunk; mushroom cloud billows up on top. VG2) AtoA MS Looking towards the top section of mushroom cloud; PAN down the length of the trunk as it appears, down to the base or floor; the mushroom cloud has a red appearance at its top; grey curling smoke is below it; the mushroom cloud is very thin and has a red smoke ring, like a halo, hovering above the long neck of smoke, reaching from the ground floor. VG3) AtoA MS Red smoke ring hovering above the blast area. G4) LS Ground "O" on Yucca Flats; streamers of smoke reach skyward on the right noting the setting off of the blast; the area becomes very white from the brightness of blast and fades quickly; a tremendous fireball churns up from floor area turning into a black mushroom cloud, continuing churning from the top down and underneath; PAN up taking in all of the mushroom cloud. VG5) MLS Long neck of smoke, with the mushroom cloud still churning at its peak. VG6) GtoA LS Aircraft in flight. F7) GtoA MS Several contrails in the sky. G8) GtoA MS Contrails in sky at an angle; aerial Atom blast goes off high in sky forming a white fireball, which darkens rather quickly, looking like a doughnut with a large hole in its center, closing up fast producing an odd-shaped circular smoke cloud; its still has the appearance of a doughnut with a shallow area in the center. VG9) AtoG LS Looking down over several ships massed together; a tremendous Atom bomb blast goes off among the ships; a shock wave curls outwards at a rapid rate; a smoke ring dissipates outward; a fireball rises from the center area of the ships at anchor; PAN upwards with the mushroom cloud boiling upwards from the sea; PAN upwards looking down over the mushroom cloud; this appears to be the Bikini blast. VG10) AtoG LS Looking down over the many ships anchored in a close tight formation; scene becomes very white due to the tremendous heat from the "A" blast, dissipates rather quickly; the shock wave moves outward rapidly to show the fireball produced by the "A" blast directly in the center of the group of ships; a large dust cloud-like ring is retained at the base on water; PAN upwards with the mushroom cloud churning upwards from its long column. G11) AtoG ELS Looking down over several ships grouped together at anchor; a blast goes off in the midst of ships throwing out a huge shock wave in all directions; mushroom cloud forms immediately over the ships. Ex.12) AtoG LS Looking down over an Atoll; scene becomes very white due to the blast and clears away quickly; shock wave is seen in the Lagoon spreading outwards in all directions; the mushroom cloud comes up rapidly from the ground "O" area among the ships in the Lagoon; mushroom cloud hangs high over the blast area.
