Description

FUX 3) CU Front view of the A-7A being launched; Swish pan to the left showing the Aircraft airborne. 4) MCU Catapult Crew on a RA-5C on the catapult; aircraft moves ahead slowly; men pick up the heavy bridle, hook it in place. G 5) LA CU Cockpit area showing the pilot's head in the RA-5C, as he waits for the launch signal. FUX 6) LA CU RA-5C being launched; Pan to the left showing the aircraft launched with the after-burners. 7) LA MLS View of two A-7a's in formation on fly-by, in prepartion for landing; Pan around to the left to the aircraft. VG 8) LA MS Pan view of two F-4B's in formation on fly-by. G 9) LA MS Purple shirt, refueling hose over his shoulder, pulling it up to the side of a EKA-3B, sets the hose on deck and removes the fuel cap and locks it in place. G 10) MCU Ordnance Men loading bombs under the wings of an A-7A; Men have their red shirts tied around their waist. VG 11) HA CU Looking down over the star'bd bow of the USS CONSTELLATION showing the water streaming alonside, bow cutting through the water in the BG. VG 12) LA CU An A-7A being moved out of the catapult for a hook up; yellow shirt backs down in the FG; some steam moves across the track in lower FG; A-7A is loaded with bombs; its nose wheel guide bar falls in place on the catapult track; yellow shirt walks out the scene to the right; green shirt is still under the A-7A giving the signal and leaves the scene to the left. G 13) CU Catapult Console Operator in the catwalk, operating the console; A-7A is in the upper BG on No.2 catapult; Man launches the A-7A out to the scene to the left. VG 14) LA CU A-7A moving on to No.2 catapult with bombs aboard; Sidewinders up along its port side along the fuselage; yellow shirt backs down to the scene to the right. G 15) LA MS Looking up towards the cockpit of the A-7A; Catapult Officer moves into position, gives the rev up and gives the signal for launch; Pan around to the left showing a tail-away view of the Aircraft airborne. G-F 16) MS View of the yellow shirt giving hand signals to one of the aircrafts out of the scene to the right; A-7A taxis into the scene from the right for a No.1 catapult. G-F 17) LA MCU Rear view of a yellow shirt on deck; A-7A makes its recovery, rolls to a stop, resting wires released, aircraft makes a starb'd turn, taxis off to the left; aircraft is still carring a Sidewinder, bomb racks empty. G-F 23) LA CU Front view of an A-7A ready for launch, bombs hanging under the wings; Sidewinder is seen along the starb'd side; Pan around to the right showing the plane launched and airborne. G 24) LA CU Cockpit area of an A-7A, Pilot in the cockpit; Swish Pan around the right showing the A-7A launched. G-F 25) LA MCU Pan view of a F-4B making a recovery and rolls to a stop, resting wires released, plane taxis around to the starb'd side, folding its wings; two Ordnance personnel push bombs past the camera on a bomb cart, as the F-4B makes a port turn, taxis to the right upon return from the mission; more bombs are pushed past the camera by the Ordnance personnel. G 26) LA MS Pilot and the RIO in their cockpits, canopies are opened; F-4B moves down the flight deck; rockets are seen under the wings; F-4B continues on down the deck and show a tail-away view of the plane; several flight deck personnel are seen in the BG among the aircraft; the plane swings around to its port. G 27) LA MS Front view of an A-7A with its wings folded; yellow shirt off to the right giving signals; plane moves across the deck and swings around to port and move into the parking area; rolls to stop.
