1)MLS Hillside of Kahoolawe Island; USS ATLANTA (IX-304) anchored off shore, in silhouette; tremendous fire ball occurs to the R BG during denonation of 500 tons of TNT; a terrific shock wave is followed by a fire ball and mushroom cloud; smoke hangs, over the ATLANTA; smoke pours up from the ground; mushroom cloud is hanging over the test site; cloud creates a shadow over much of the area in FG. VG 2) LA CU Top portion of mushroom cloud showing action within cloud; PAN down the length of smoke, down towards the ground; isolated area seen in FG.
