Pearl Harbor Part 2

Description

This film depicts Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, in the spring of 1942, following the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. A simulation of a burned Japanese fighter plane is shown, and soldiers are seen as they probed the plane with long rods. A biplane and a Douglas B-18 Bolo bomber are shown in flight, and soldiers can be seen as they sprayed water on the burning wreckage of the Japanese fighter plane. Transport ships are shown as they arrived at a pier, soldiers are seen lined up at a dock, a gangplank (brow) is seen as it was placed between the pier and the ships, and troops are shown as they debarked from the transport ships and prepared to load aboard military vehicles.
