Description

This film explains the need for money from the purchase of victory bonds. The footage consists mostly of scenes of destruction in foreign countries that resulted from the war. It shows the work the Allied Military Government did in reconstructing roads and buildings, dredging harbors, opening schools, and providing medical care.
