Description

DRAMATIZED TRAINING FILM: Follows stolen car through processes of being registered and sold under false identification numbers taken from car bought at junkyard. FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover announces availability of FBI training programs and facilities to other law enforcement agencies for training upon request. FBI follows all clues to locate car lot with junked car from which numbers came. Stolen car is located and returned to its owner. Car thief is caught and charged.
