Consists mostly of scenic views of social and economic conditions in Germany, France, Spain, Morocco, and Algeria. Reel 1, part 1 shows oil fields at Wietze, Celle, and Pechelbronn, Germany. Part 2, imported oil arrives at Le Harve, France, and is carried to Paris in barges and trucks. Reel 2, part 1 consists of a tour from Madrid to Gibraltar, showing views of Toledo, Granada, and the Alhambra. Part 2 shows the cities of Ceuta, Tangier, and Fez in Morocco, and Oran, Algeria. Includes views of the Medjiliah Oil Fields near Tiluanet, Algeria.
