Reels 1 & 2 consist of a tour through the Sangamo Electric Co., Springfield, Ill., showing how the "H-type" meter is made. Reel 3 shows the making of "D-5" and "N" direct current meters. Includes views of electrical transportation and industrial equipment using these and other types of meters.
