Description
Reel 1, different kinds of rats are described and the problems and dangers caused by rats are illustrated by charts and pictures. Reel 2 shows how a community can undertake a campaign of rat extermination, illustrating effective use of the proper equipment. Reel 3, dead rats are counted and inspected for gross lesions of plague and other diseases; shows examples of rat-proofing, especially in the design of out buildings.
