RESCUE AT SEA: OFF GERMANY - In storm-tossed waters off the Frisian Islands, a rescue ship bucks to the side of a sunken tug, where a survivor clings to the mast visible above water. Risking his own life, skipper drives through raging seas to accomplish mission. / BIG HAUL IN NARCOTICS: NEW YORK - (Exclusive) One hundred thousand dollars’ worth of narcotics are given the fiery furnace treatment by Police Commissioner O'Brien and his staff.
