Bud and Lou are up to their old tricks as the boat arrives. / MEET THE MAD HATTERS: COLLEGE PARK, GA - When the good ladies of the Womens' Club doll up in home-grown goofy toppers to get the laugh on hubby, you're in for a good chuckle. Balmy bonnets to top 'em all! 3A/B. KID CHANNEL SWIMMER: MIAMI BEACH - Four-year-old Bubba Tongay works out for an attempted English Channel swim this summer. He dives and swims like a veteran, and you ought to see his younger sister in action! / CAR SHOT FROM CANNON: TRENTON, NJ - High-calibre driving thrills by Buddy Toomey.
