The original release sheet reads: 1. IN MEMORIAM: FRANCE - Twenty-one former Nazi SS men go on trial for the massacre in 1944, of 642 men, women and children in the village of Oradour. While in the village, survivors ― seven of them, survey the charred buildings of the hamlet which was put to the torch. 2A/B/C. NEWS IN BRIEF — WASHINGTON, D.C. - Twenty firemen and three policemen are injured in a fire and explosion in a tire and battery shop. Firemen were blown through the wall in the blast. / FRANCE - Veterans of the Korean war are honored in ceremonies at Saint Germain. Members of the French battalion are decorated in the presence of NATO commander General Matthew Ridgway. / NEW YORK - The cars of tomorrow make their bow in a mammoth show. And if the cars aren't beautiful enough―which they are, the gals who decorate them will hold your attention. 3. SKIING HOT AND COLD - John Risnes of Norway walks away with top honors, with a leap of 195 feet at the Norge Ski Club's mid-winter jump. But there are other kinds of skiing and the Aussies have it down pat as they race down the giant combers on their water skis. 4. CONSISTORY: ROME - Seventeen new Cardinals go through the colorful investiture rites as they join the ranks of princes of the church. Among them is James Cardinal McIntyre of Los Angeles.
