DOUKHOBOR SECT RIOTS, PUTS 16 HOMES TO TORCH: CANADA - Fanatic members of the Doukhobor sect go amok once more in spring rites, burning neighbors’ homes before Mounties intervene. 3A/B/C/D. WOMAN STOCK RACER: NEW YORK - Pretty Mrs. Barbara Gamache parks her two young children with a sitter, while she whirls around the dirt track in stock car competition, with the kids cheering her on. / 72 YEAR LADY MECHANIC: ILLINOIS - 600 male students at a technical school tip their hats respectfully to Mary Brown, who began classes at the age of 72. She wants to learn machinery to help out back on the farm. / BATHING SUIT FASHIONS: FRANCE - A Paris showing of latest bathing suit fashions, one and two pieces, with that Gallic flair for concealing--but revealing. / TRIPLE DOUBLE: NEW JERSEY - Triple trouble for tipsy topers, as thirty sets of triplets gather for their eighth annual convention. Obsolete planes are crashed under controlled conditions, as engineers study "inerters" to prevent deadly blazes.
