DALAI LAMA - Rare scenes of the Dalai Lama from Tibet. Worshipped by scores of millions of Buddhists, the Dalai Lama moves to a new palace with ceremonies of splendid panoply. / AIRBORNE HOSPITAL - In France, Britain's R.A.F. demonstrates an airborne emergency 100-bed hospital that can be carried by two transports, set up within 2 hours of touching the ground. / ZAMBEZI FLOODS - In Rhodesia, the Zambezi, one of the world's great rivers, goes on a rainy season rampage. Currents exceed 40 m.p.h., the crest tops 44 feet as the surging stream washes out a multi-million dollar hydro-electric plant. 3.
