NEWS NOSTALGIC / TWENTY-YEARS AGO TODAY - A legendary bad-man's reign of terror ends as JOHN DILLINGER is cut down in a gun battle with G-Men outside a Chicago movie house. Scenes show the nation-wide man-hunt following his escape from the lady Sheriff of Crown Point, and the grim ending to his incredible one-man crime wave. BANK FAILURES no longer menaced the little depositor as Federal Deposit Insurance assured their money's safety.
