The original release sheet reads: FACTIONS FORM NEW ALLIANCE IN LAOS Peace appears to be returning to strife-torn Laos with the formation of a coalition government of Right Wing, Communist and Neutralist leaders. The groundwork for the agreement was set by President Kennedy and Chairman Khrushchev in Vienna last June and it will be ratified by all factions in Geneva. THREE CONVICTS ESCAPE ALCATRAZ The spoon proves mightier than the bars at supposedly escape-proof Alcatraz Prison as three bank robbers, serving long terms, fashion dummies for their beds and go AWOL after scratching through the cement walls of their cells. Whatever their fate, they seem to have accomplished what many others have failed to do.
