Description
An animated cartoon designed to demonstrate and explain "talking" movies. A strip of sound film takes a strip of silent film to a laboratory and has a sound track printed on it. Explains how sound waves are converted to electrical impulses that are printed on a film by varying the density of a light beam and how these impulses are amplified when a sound picture is projected.
