Peruvian Girl Scouts, Brownies, Boy and Cub Scouts honor memory of their founder, Dr. A. Vicencio. Illustrates girl's school life at Chile's Santiago College, founded by the Methodist Church. Shows homes, farms, a recreational center and kindergarten in Puente Alto, Chile.
