R.3: (GG) Negro Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) camp, Hardeville, So. Car. Men garden and build dike. (HH) Carroll Downes, industrial consultant in headquarters of Southern Governors Conference dictates to his secretary. Office activity. Georgia Gov. Eurith Dickinson Rivers with Downes. R.4: (II) Activities at Department of Agriculture, Bureau of Plant Industry, Barbour Lathrop Plant Introduction Garden. People work on plants and tung trees, Savannah, Georgia.
