MS, conference table; officers and a American civilian of the Psychological Warfare Dept rise as their colonel enters, sit, and begins discussion. MLS, MS, an officer makes a point using a wall illustration. MLS, conference table. The colonel's aide points out targets on a map. MLS, conference table, officers stand up and leave after their colonel exits. MS, over the shoulder, colonel examines and passes on drawings and text under consideration. MS, over the shoulder, colonel's aide. The colonel discusses leaflet material and examines wall map with aide, whose back is to camera. MS, production dept, rows of printing presses. Soldier walks into camera gives plate to Sgt at press, exits same way (scratched). LS, soldier pulls in handcart with printed material to soldier at cutting machine. He stacks it for cutting on machine. MCU, CU, printed matter being cut into sections. MS, handcart is brought in, loaded, and pulled away.
