SUMMARY: German leaders of the occupied countries have come here, representing Bohemia, Moravia, Southern Tyrol, Bessarabia, Lithuania, and Deberudjia. Rising in the morning and performing calisthenics, they listen to a speech over the radio. They raise a flag. After breakfast they march to a lecture and to a welcome by their commanding officer. With a local leader, Heffer, they listen to an address by Friedrich Schmidt. They are trained to find converts to the unity of the Reich by popular education, as well as by revolution, psychology and by their spirit. Inspirational words of William Tell are quoted.
