Description

This film covers the formal transfer of jurisdiction over the territory of Olongapo from the United States to the Philippines. Unlike the rest of the Philippines, which gained independence from the United States in 1946, Olongapo was governed as a part of the United States naval reservation until 1959. The film was presented by Freedom Films and narrated by D. L. Roberts.
