Description
This film covers the birth of the Marshall Plan and OEEC, the Schuman Plan and the Coal and Steel Community, the European Payments Union, NATO, and the Council of Europe. A Marshall Plan film, written by British documentarist Stuart Legg, and produced by Gaumont British Picture Corporation Ltd, London, for the Mutual Security Agency.
