A farmer sorts, grades, and delivers chickens to a dealer. Special railroad cars carry the chickens to New York City. Department of Agriculture inspectors examine chickens in the railroad yards. Chickens are killed in a New York slaughterhouse. Includes shots of chickens being prepared according to Jewish dietary laws.
