Summary: Convair film report AT-28 concerning a human evaluation study of two prototype missile propellant loading control panels. Film shows Convair engineers using schematic diagrams to instruct 16 SAC enlisted men in the fundamentals of the propellant handling system; then evaluating their reactions to the two consoles, which have different arrangements of the individual lights, during simulated countdowns.
