Covers construction of F-4 revetments by 556th Civil Engineering Squadron, using Thai labor. 1) Tractor earth mover carrying prefabricated metal siding sections to work site. 2) Workers installing siding sections and cross pieces. 3) Aerials of portions of Ubon RTAFB including views of POL and general storage areas and flight line, with emphasis on completed F-4 revetments and revetments under construction.
