Description

1) MCU Two photomates rushing to the RA-5C in the FG, lowering a section underneath the a/c, removing film from the cameras in the a/c; men rush out of the scene at the L with the film. G 2) CU Side view, photomates removing rolls of film, cutting the film off with a pair of scissors. VG 3) CU Photomates removing roll of film from the aerials camera, snipping it off to the L. VG 4) CU Rear view, the green shirt, words "RVAN-12 Photo Recon", on back of his jersey. VG 5) CU Man sitting, watching the recon film coming off the processing machine. G 6) CU Front view, the photographer as he watches the film roll by. G 7) HA CU Side view, man viewing film for intelligence purposes; film in on a screen, man operates levers moving the film about checking the film. G 8) CU Numbers on the viewing machine changing two rolls of numbers, one is minus, one plus. G 9) ECU One of the intelligence photos on a viewing screen, turning at various angles. VG 10) CU PAN In over one of the intelligence photos in the viewing screen. 11) ECU One of the intelligence photos on the reviewing screen, showing a river, shoreline. G 12) MS Machine accountant attaching electronic system for data machine; second man in L BG his back to the camera; third man is sitting at a desk in the L far BG; man in the R FG sets the patch into the machine. VG 13) MCU The man setting the wiring patch into the IBM machine. SV 14) CU The man walking around the side of the IBM machine, starting up the machine; several cards seen in a stack. VG 18) CU The two magnetic-tape reels in operation on the IBM machine, called the magnetic tape, memory system. VG 19) ECU The reels spinning around on the magnetic tape memory system. VG 20) CU Rear view, digital plotter in operation; operator in the FG; plotting over a map. VG 21) ECU The numbers changing on the console of the digital plotter. VG 22) ECU The digital plotter making head, moving over a map. EX 23) ECU The eyes of the digital plotter operator as he watches the digital plotter in operation.. VG 24) ECU Face of the digital plotter operator wearing a baseball-type cap. VG 25) HA MS PAN A-4C making a recovery aboard the USS CONSTELLATION (CVA-64); tail-hook man runs out. VG 26) HA MCU PAN A-4C making a recovery, rolling to a stop, tail-hook man runs out, arresting wire is released, man runs back off to the R, plane taxies forward leaving the scene at the R. VG 27) HA MS Looking out over the after part of the flight deck as seen from the island structure; Destroyer escort is seen in the R medium BG; RA-5C comes in over the deck, makes a landing, rolls to a stop, arresting wire is released from the tail-hook; plane then taxies forward; PAN to the R with the RA-5C. VG 28) HA MS Looking down over A-6A in the FG; RA-5C directly in the BG with green shirts around the RA-5C after the recovery of the a/c. VG 29) HA MCU PAN A-3B making a recovery, rolls to a stop, arresting wire drops off the tail-hook; plane folds its wings, begins taxiing forward. VG 30) HA MCU PAN A-1G making a recovery aboard the USS CONSTELLATION; plane rolls to a stop, tail-hook man uses his shepherd's crook to knock the arresting wire from the tail-hook, then leaves the scene. VG 31) HA CU Looking down over the cockpit area; A-6A parked on the some green shirts, etc. VG
