EARTHQUAKE AGAIN ROCKS CALIFORNIA: CALIFORNIA - The second major earthquake in 32 days rocks central California, ravaging Bakersfield's downtown business area. 2 perish, 27 are injured, as thousands escape harm, despite the cataclysm. 4A/B. FLEET VISITS PORTUGAL: SPAIN - Ten U.S. warships drop anchor off Lisbon.
