Thomas, Secretary of State of the Dominions, and no alterations required. 8. RECORD CAPTURE OF ILLEGAL ARMS SUNK IN OCEAN BY POLICE: NEW YORK, NY - Silenced guns of the underworld, collected over a period of months, almost fill boat which tows them to sea, safe from the hands of gangsters. Pistols, revolvers, rifles, machine-guns, shot-guns, and a few unclassified weapons numbering 5,374 in all, and valued at thousands of dollars, are consigned to Davy Jones locker and the key is tossed away. 9.
