The original release sheet reads: UNREST GROWS IN DOMINICAN REPUBLIC The undercurrent of seething unrest in the Dominican Republic is breaking into the open with increasing frequency. In the latest series of demonstrations scores are injured and one student died. Reports have the Trujillo family fleeing to exile. LAUNCH FIRST OF NEW GERMAN U-BOAT FLEET The first German submarine to be built since that nation went down to defeat in 1945 is launched at the Kiel shipyards. The new subs are designed for operation in the Baltic area - this time, however, they'll prowl in the defense of democracy. SQUAD TRAINS IN LOFTY SCHOOL The mountains that brood in the mists of Canada's Banff National Park are a lofty classroom for Park Wardens and members of the Mounted Police. They study the latest rescue techniques so that they may save the adverturesome from themselves. "SPARTACUS" ENTERS SECOND YEAR It's a happy annivesary for a picture that has enthralled the world. "SPARTACUS" begins it second year at the Pantages Theater in Los Angeles as producer Edward Lewis and stars Johanna Barnes and John Gavin do the honors with a birthday cake. SPORTS FOOTBALL TEXAS 33 - ARKANSAS 7 The Longhorns of Texas go out and gore Arkansas as they run up their fifth straight game with a lopsided score. Arkansas gets a lone touchdown in the third quarter, otherwise it's Texas all the way. MICHIGAN STATE 17 - NOTRE DAME 7 76,000 see a clash of giants - Notre Dame and Michigan State - with the Irish dominating the game in the first half. However, Michigan State comes to life in the third quarter and the Spartans show no mercy as they rip the Irish to green shreds.
