It's the first stop on a three-day beautification tour of the West. The First Lady also stops at an old Mission school in Carmel to greet children there. MOSCOW CIRCUS PREMIERE A circus premiere in Cologne, West Germany, by the world-famous Moscow State Circus. Lions, Tigers, Daredevils, Trapeze artists, and clowns dazzle a crowd of over five thousand. It's the third guest appearance for the circus in West Germany.
