BRITAIN HAILS NEW PRINCE Britain and the Commonwealth resound to artillery salutes signaling the awaited birth of Queen Elizabeth’s third child - her second son, and the first infant born to a reigning sovereign in 103 years. Nation-wide celebrations hail the new addition to the Royal Family. QUAIL BAFFLES RADAR The Air Force reveals films of a new addition to the Strategic Air Command, a 10 foot plane, robot controlled, which far-ranging B-52 jet bombers will carry deep into enemy territory. “The Quail” robot will travel in a different direction, but produce a similar radar “Blip” to baffle enemy radarmen.
